Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Ralph David Berry, chartered accountant of Wellington, whose office is situated at 93 Cuba Mall (P.O. Box 11-719), Wellington, give notice that on the 20th day of November 2000, I accepted appointment as receiver of Greenfern Resource Limited for all the undertaking, goodwill of all business and all the property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, and all the uncalled and unpaid capital (including reserve capital), both present and future, of the company.
