Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of November
2000, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers of the property of MDC Investment Holdings Limited
(in receivership and in liquidation) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 2nd day of March 2000 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
