Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

On the 25th day of January 2000, Kerryn Mark Downey and David Carlyle Hayde, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of all of the undertaking, assets and property of Electric Installation
Co Limited.
