Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 31st day of January 2000, I, Terence Charles Webb Bastion, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed as receiver of all property of the above-named company, pursuant to a debenture dated 18 November 1997.
