Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
David Stanley Duns and Glen Allan Stapley, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were, on the 30th day of October 2000, appointed as receivers and managers of the property of M J Marketing Limited under the powers contained in the debenture dated the 16th day of February 2000.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
