Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 30th day of October 2000, John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Wilder Auckland Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 25th day of March 1999, over all fixed property, assets and undertakings of the company and a floating charge over stock in trade, work in progress, book debts and cash.

Note: The company in receivership is Wilder Auckland Limited. Various other companies with Wilder as part of their name are not affected by the receivership.
