Notice of Appointment of Receiver
I, Derek Lawrence Farrelly, give notice that on the 19th day of October 2000, Colin Lennox Taylor, Timothy John Goulding and Merilyn Clynne Taylor ("the debenture holder"), the assignees of a debenture dated the 5th day of November 1998 issued by the company in favour of the debenture holder, and David Muir Gray ("debenture") appointed me as receiver of all of the undertaking property and assets of Prestige Management Limited under the powers contained in the debenture.
