Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships

We, Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and William Oliver Ferguson, hereby give notice that on the 19th day of October 2000 at 1.00 p.m., we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all the property, assets and undertakings of Four Boys Limited, pursuant to a debenture dated the 5th day of April 2000.
