Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of October
2000, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Karen Betty Mason, insolvency specialists, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Soca Developments Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 31st day of January 1997 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
