Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of October 2000, Raymond Gordon Burgess, accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of all the property of Cedos Group Holdings Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 10th day of December 1998 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
