Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of October
2000, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Groganic Enterprises Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 2nd day of August 1999 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
