Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Colin F. Currie, hereby give notice that on the 16th day of October 2000, Henry Peter Holt of Cambridge appointed Colin F. Currie, chartered accountant, whose address is
P.O. Box 19-296, Hamilton, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 11th day of December 1991.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
