Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
The Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were, on the 17th day of October 2000, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of Te Araroa Holiday Park Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 18th day of June 1999, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.

of Rodewald Hart & Associates Limited, corner of Jocelyn and Queen Streets, Te Puke.
