Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of October 2000, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers of the property of MDC Investment Holdings Limited (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 21st day of December 1999.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
