Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that I, Richard Boyd Guise, was appointed on the 4th day of October 2000, as receiver of all property charged by a debenture dated the 30th day of April 1999, given by the company (Norlin Developments Limited).
