Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, John Kenneth Slavich and Carlos Manuel Da Silva, hereby give notice that on the 4th day of October 2000, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all the property, assets and undertakings of Aerodyne Haulage Limited pursuant to a debenture dated the 23rd day of February 2000.
