Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Brendon James Gibson and Michael Peter Stiassny, hereby give notice that on the 22nd day of September 2000 at 5.00 p.m., we were appointed receivers of income of the property of Ammon International Limited (previously Paul Homes Limited) (receiver of rents) pursuant to a mortgage dated the 26th day of October 1998.
