Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 25th day of September 2000, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the property of Western Valley Cattle Limited, under the powers contained in a Debenture Trust Deed dated the 1st day of December 1994.
The receivers have been appointed in respect of all of the property and assets of the company both the present and future, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital and its goodwill ("the charged property").
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Tarsha Triplow.
