Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
John Richard Palairet and David William Pearson, chartered accountants of Napier, hereby give notice that on the 15th day of September 2000, Frontline Finance Limited, of Dunedin, appointed them as receivers and managers of the property of this company, under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 22nd day of May 1995, being a debenture granted by the company in favour of Motor Trade Finance Limited and assigned to Frontline Finance Limited on the 30th day of September 1996 ("the debenture").
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
