Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Nicholas Self, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed on the 15th day of September 2000, as receiver and manager of the property of JJ & AL Bourvis Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 15th day of May 1996.
The property secured consists of all assets and undertakings of the company.
Office of the Receivers is: Seal o BKR, 137 Vincent Street, Auckland.
