Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Stephen Charles Grey has been appointed receiver and manager of the undertaking and property of Ultra Helicopters Inc (NZ) Limited on the 8th day of September 2000.
He has been appointed in exercise of the powers contained in a debenture dated the 12th day of December 1997, held by Arthur Noel French.
