Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
David Ogden, of Ogden Chartered Accountants, Level Six, 44-56 Queens Drive (P.O. Box 30-038), Lower Hutt, was appointed receiver of Fripps Limited on the
8th day of September 2000, under the terms of a debenture.
The property in receivership is all of the company's undertakings, property and assets.
