Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were, on the 7th day of September 2000, appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Better Building Products Limited (trading as Taylor Tiles) under the powers contained in debentures dated the 12th day of March 1999 and the 19th day of August 1996, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
Office of the Receivers and Managers is: Care of Rodewald Hart & Associates Limited, corner of Jocelyn and Queen Streets, Te Puke.
