Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of August 2000, Raymond Gordon Burgess, accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of all the property of Farm Helicopters Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 8th day of June 1995 given by that company.
The property in receivership is all the company's undertaking, property and assets.
