Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
The Receiverships Act 1993
Dimidiate Investments Limited being the holder of a debenture dated the 9th day of February 1999 and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on the 12th day of February 1999 issued to it by St Aubyns Limited ("the company") assigned the said debenture to Five Star Credit Limited, pursuant to a deed of assignment of securities between Dimidiate Investments Limited and Five Star Credit Limited dated the 25th day of August 2000.
On the 28th day of August 2000, Five Star Credit Limited appointed Neil Gene Govenlock and Peter Ralph Clarke, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
