Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Richard Dale Agnew and John Anthony Waller, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed receivers of Brian Boru Hotels Limited on the 21st day of August 2000, under the terms of a debenture.
The property in receivership is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
The Receiver's Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, 66 Wyndham Street (Private Bag 92-162), Auckland.
