Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of August 2000, Carlie Elizabeth Baird appointed Roderick Thomas McKenzie, chartered accountant, of the Eighth Floor, AXA Centre, 7-21 Fitzherbert Avenue, Palmerston North, as receiver of the property of Total Tyre Service Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 27th day of March 2000 and registered in the Companies Office at Wellington on the 5th day of April 2000.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertakings and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
