Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
John Richard Palairet, chartered accountant of Napier, hereby gives notice that on the 7th day of August 2000, Ross Kingsford Briasco, company director of Napier, appointed him as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 24th day of November 1986, being a debenture granted by the company in favour of Ross Kingsford Briasco ("the debenture holder").
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

86 Station Street, Napier.
