Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Grant Andrew McLauchlan, hereby give notice that on the 17th day of August 2000, I was appointed receiver and manager of the assets and undertakings of Kaderson Limited pursuant to debenture dated the 31st day of January 2000.
