Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Roger Bryce Keenan, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 9th day of August 2000, the first debenture holder, Professional Electrics Limited, appointed him as receiver and manager of the property of Con Dev Construction Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 12th day of May 1988.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all of the company's real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
