Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, both chartered accountants of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Wellington, were appointed receivers of Marlborough Ridge Limited on the 10th day of August 2000, under the terms of a debenture.
The property in receivership is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
