Brian Norman Dean, whose office is at 51 Jackson Street, Island Bay, Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 10th day of August 2000, Wilson Investment Management Limited appointed him as receiver of the property of Dendra Investments Limited ("the company"), under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 8th day of May 1998.
The appointment is made in respect to all of the company's undertakings, and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, present and future, including uncalled and unpaid capital.
The appointment of Brian Norman Dean is in the place of Bruce Frederick McCullough and is effective from the 10th day of August 2000, the date upon which the latter ceases to hold office as receiver.
