Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of August 2000, Raymond Gordon Burgess, accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of all the property of Surface Technologies Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 3rd day of October 1996 given by that company.
The property in receivership is all the company's undertaking, property and assets.
