Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
In the matter of Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993, and in the matter of Traders & Explorers Limited:
Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of August 2000, the Bank of New Zealand Limited hereby appointed Murray Neil Frost and Vicki Elizabeth Botting, both chartered accountants of Dunedin, as receivers and managers of the property of Traders & Explorers Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 23rd day of January 1998, given by that company.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers Are at the Offices of: Messrs Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Level Eight, Otago House, 481 Moray Place, Dunedin.
