Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Alan Keith Hinton and Stewart Douglas Wehner of Hinton and Associates, 281 Queen Street (P.O. Box 3007), Richmond, Nelson, were reappointed receivers of Auckland Air and Welding Supplies Limited (in receivership) on the 20th day of December 1999.
The property in receivership is all of the company's undertakings, property and assets.
