Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

We, Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and William Oliver Ferguson, hereby give notice that on the 18th day of July 2000, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of Mag & Turbo Panmure Limited, pursuant to a debenture dated on the
5th day of April 2000.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the Debenture: Mortgage over certificate of title 89D/473 (Auckland Land Registry).
