Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
The Capricorn Trust, having its office at 248 Mulesworth Drive, Mangawhai, on the 20th day of December 1999, appointed Graeme George McDonald and John Lawrence Vague, chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of N.Z. Automotive Solutions Limited (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a debenture dated on the 29th day of September 1998, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital and goodwill and all other assets.
