Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
David Bryden Davidson, of PricewaterhouseCoopers,
66 Wyndham Street (Private Bag 92-162), Auckland, was appointed receiver of the income of South Pacific Management Services Limited with effect from the 21st day of July 2000 under the terms of a mortgage.
The property in receivership is all of the income relating to the company's land in certificates of title 977/22 and 5D/261 (North Auckland Land Registry).
