Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Karen Betty Mason, chartered accountants of Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 12th day of July 2000, they ceased to act as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company pursuant to their appointment by the second ranking debenture holder.
