Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

We, Grant Robert Graham and Michael Peter Stiassny, hereby give notice that on the 23rd day of June 2000, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of Ezyshop Fashions Limited, pursuant to a trust and issuing deed dated the 20th day of May 1998.
