Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
David Bryden Davidson and Richard Dale Agnew, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, 66 Wyndham Street (Private Bag 92-162), Auckland, were appointed receivers of Metro City Apartments Limited on the 5th day of July 2000, under the terms of a debenture.
The property in receivership is all of the company's undertakings, property and assets.
