Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 19th day of June 2000, Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Te Puke, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Total Sounds Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 11th day of November 1999, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
