Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of June 2000, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Roger Jamieson Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 26th day of February 1998, given by that company.
The property in receivership is all the company's undertaking, property and assets.
