Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Andrew Marchel Oorschot and John Anthony Wheelans, chartered accountants of Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 9th day of June 2000, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Malings Wines & Spirits Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 25th day of July 1997, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Malings Wines & Spirits Limited.
