On the 31st day of May 2000, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, being the holder of a debenture dated the 12th day of October 1996 and registered at the Companies Office at Wellington on the 11th day of November 1996, issued to it by Dataflow New Zealand Limited ("the company"), appointed Martin Madden and Denis Thorn, both chartered accountants of Sydney and Auckland respectively, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
