Notice is hereby given that by deed dated the 1st day of June 2000, National Mortgage Nominee Company Limited appointed Richard James Spicer, chartered accountant of Auckland, and Martin Quinton Fine, solicitor of Hamilton, receivers and managers of all assets and undertaking of the above-named company, pursuant to the powers contained in a debenture dated the 4th day of February 1999 given by the company in favour of National Mortgage Nominee Company Limited.
