Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of May 2000, Stephen Rex Tiejens and John Joseph Cregten were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the property of C P Imports Limited under the powers contained in a registered debenture dated the 21st day of December 1999, given by that company.
The property in receivership is all of the company's undertaking and assets.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are: Corporate Finance Limited, General Building, 29-33 Shortland Street, Auckland.
