Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships
Act 1993
David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, Old Library Chambers, 109 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 11th day of January 2000 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Staircase Bags & Accessories Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated on the 19th day of September 1997.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all of the company's undertaking and property, present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
