Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 26th day of May 2000, I, Paul John McCormick, was appointed by Morrow Taylor Industries Limited, acting under powers conferred by a deed of debenture dated the 4th day of March 1996, to act as receiver and manager of all the property of the above-named company.
