Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Heather Margaret Gurney, accountant of Auckland, whose office is at 6 Hayes Road, Henderson Valley, Auckland 8, hereby gives notice that on the 18th day of May 2000, I was appointed as receiver and manager of all the assets, undertakings and property of Hewett and Haynes Limited at Auckland.
